Carbon Market: Bridging Policy and Practice
Experts will provide guidance to help businesses identify barriers, seize opportunities, and develop proactive, sustainable strategies for participating in the carbon market. The forum will be livestreamed on Dan Tri Newspaper at 9:00 AM on November 17.
The discussion takes place as Vietnam continues to finalize its carbon market regulatory framework in line with the roadmap established at COP26, amid surging global demand for carbon credits and increasingly stringent sustainability requirements across international supply chains.
Under the theme “Open Forum – Bridging Policy and Practice,” this final session in the “Talk GreenBiz – The Compass for Green Growth” series, co-organized by the For a Green Future Foundation under Vingroup and Dan Tri, will deliver two key areas of focus for businesses and readers.
First, it will provide updates on the latest regulatory framework while analyzing the current state of the voluntary carbon market. Second, it will directly connect businesses with experts, enabling them to better understand challenges, capture opportunities, and build strategic, sustainable approaches to entering the carbon market.

The forum will feature two leading experts:
Dr. Nguyen Sy Linh – Head of Climate Change at the Institute of Strategy and Policy on Agriculture and Environment under the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment Vietnam
Dr. Nguyen Phuong Nam – Founder and CEO of KLINOVA, a leading green transition consultancy supporting numerous domestic and international corporations operating in Vietnam
Together, they will bring both policy insight and practical expertise to help businesses navigate Vietnam’s rapidly evolving carbon market landscape.
